  1. Will your products help my hair grow? Yes. You will notice the growth in weeks when you are consistent with your hair regimen.
  2. Can I use your products on my baby's hair? If they are under 3 years old we suggest to wait using our products. We will have a baby collection coming up in 2022! 
  3. How long does it take for my order to arrive? It usually takes about 2-5 days depending on your location.
  4. Can I apply the Hair Kr'nak on dry or wet hair? You can apply it to dry or damp hair.
  5. Can I apply the Hair Kr'nak daily? NO. You want to be sure to not give your hair too much protein, because it will weigh it down. It is best to deep condition weekly or bi-weekly. 
  6. What are some tips/advice you would give someone about hair growth? Stay consistent with your hair regimen/routine. Do not focus on the growth, and take Biotin for healthy hair, skin, and nails. Wrap your hair at night with a satin scarf or bonnet (sleep with satin pillowcase if you do not own either).
  7. How long does the Hair Kr'nak has to sit on my hair? 30 minutes to three hours. In my opinion, the longer it sit on your hair you will be even more satisfied with the results. Be sure to wash it out with our Soulful Shampoo.
  8. How can I use the growth oil Vitamin Kay? It is great for a regular growth oil that you can use at least three times a week depending on your hair type, and if its lacking in oils. You can also use it as a hot oil treatment, and please do not heat the container that it is in!
  9. What makes your hair products and services different from others? They contain natural oils and ingredients that balances the pH balance of the hair while stimulating growth. We also take care of clients hair with our products.
  10. How long will it take for my hair to get used to your products? It will take a few days for your hair to get used to the natural oils. 
  11. What are the benefits of using organic hair products? You will be safe from harsh chemicals, protect your hair and scalp, and safer for your skin.
